Misty made her ring debut in June of 2008 and completed her championship by July! She represents Highcaliber's girls' sixth generation.

• This line started when I was lucky enough to purchase 'Honey' a stunning yellow female with a pedigree to match. Although bred only once, the litter was one of our best.
• Honey was bred to Can Ch Graemoor Labradale Smoky, our 'Josh's' dad so we were confident in the quality and type of litter that would result. This said the litter was even more exciting then we could of dreamed, producing Ch Highcaliber Labradale Diamond, Ch Highcaliber Sadye of Labradale, Ch Highcaliber Ladd of Aberfeldy CD, WC and Highcaliber Clemency CD, WC.
• Highcaliber placed a female with a companion home with a litter back, this girl was Highcaliber Smoky Puff. Smoke was never shown but we bred her well to Ch Springfield Under the Rainbow keeping back a black female who grew up to become our very special girl and life long companion "Pepper".
• This magical second generation was also successful producing Ch Highcaliber Labradale Cobalt, Highcaliber Spectrum Beau Am/Can CD and our own girl Ch Highcaliber Black Powder CD, WC, JH. "Pepper" lived with us here at Highcaliber until she crossed to the Rainbow Bridge at nearly fifteen and is sadly missed.
• Pepper is Misty's great-grandmother. Pepper was bred to our Jake (Ch/HR Springfield Highcaliber Valour CD, WCI, JH) giving us Mercedes who in turn was bred to Am/Can Ch Tormentil Labradale Primetime, Sage. This produced 'Tiki", Highcaliber Special Delivery.
• Tiki was unfortunately spayed due to an infection before she completed her championship, she needed only a couple points to finish. Misty has great paws to fill to maintain the quality of temperament, soundness and correct breed type/versatility that this line has always had.
• Not yet bred we have exciting plans to breed her in 2009. Watch Our Nursery for details on whom will be her beau.

Below is Misty's grandfather SAGE...pictured just shy of his 10th Birthday! Its an honor to have the privilege to show this wonderful dog occasionally throughout his career for his owners, Ross and Liane (Labradale).

Sage is certainly one of the most winning dogs of recent times and one of the breed's few Best in Show and Best Specialty winners. His outstanding temperament is not to be outshone by his pretty face! Combining him with the Highcaliber/Labradale lines has proven to be a winning combination of soundness, intelligence, temperament and type.
