First youngster to make an appearance in 2018 is “Mischief”.

This promising girl is a homebred champion, her dad is “Chip” and her mother is “Summer”.

Chip has an impressive record with multiple specialty wins in multiple countries.  Summer herself also had a great show career with multiple group placements in route to her grand championship.  In addition, both parents also have performance titles.

Mischief had big paws to step into and she has not let us down.  Shown as a puppy she earned multiple best puppy in specialty wins as well as multiple puppy group wins.

Mischief finished her Canadian championship before her first birthday, earning two sets of the required points from breeder/judges.  She’s taking some time off now to grow-up while we show a couple of new youngsters but will return to complete her grand championship later in 2019.

Epic joined us late 2018 and in June 2019 made his debut here in Canada.  Previously we took him to the prestigious Potomac spring Labrador Retriever specialty were he was second in a competitive American-bred Black class.  Then to the Lab Owners Club specialty in Canada where he won the open black class both days.

The following weekend we attended our first Canadian all-breed show where he earned his Canadian championship in one weekend.  Next weekend showed him two days close to home here in Quebec and he won best of opposite one day and best of breed the other to earn his first grand championship points.

Here at home he has moved right in, running with the rest of the crew including Nitro, Clint, Dragon and Blake.  He and Liane have become best friends.  We believe his pedigree will work in well with our future plans and are excited to welcome him to our stud dog lineup.  He is indirectly related to both our Dany and Clint plus adds in some additional impressive bloodlines.

Thanks to our friend Jen Harmon for allowing Epic to come and live with us.  Our lines have crossed well in the past and we’re excited to see what the future holds.
